In the past decade I surfed from Finance through Big Tech and Startups. As a liberal arts grad with six figures of debt, I had to adapt fast for the industry I wanted.
I wiped out the debt, got married, and worked in global capitals like London, Berlin, and Beijing. The method I used became the 5 Pillars, and the 5 Pillars became this practice.
Ten years at Amazon and AWS shaped how I coach: global selling with top e-commerce brands, ad tech alongside data scientists on petabyte-scale data, and startups at AWS, watching disruptive companies remake traditional industries. Practical, specific, and grounded in how large technology companies actually make decisions about people.
Since founding Cloud Champions Coaching, I have coached 85+ senior tech professionals into and up within Amazon, Microsoft, Adobe, Snowflake, and Nasdaq. I delivered a TEDx talk on career resilience at ESMT Berlin, was invited by Harvard Business School and MIT for a seminar on career pathing, and ran paid career-development workshops across multiple Amazon organizations.
I also host the Your Next Big Thing podcast, where senior professionals share why they made a big change, how they built a bridge, and what they learned.
